This iconic Park was not without its challenges. To meet deadlines Jaytex had to excavate basements during the Darwin wet season. Darwin gets almost six times more rain than the southern states meaning prospective basements turn into muddy swimming pools. Jaytex engineered a solution, using a continuous pumping system to remove the water as it fell. Special measures to control sediment and other environmental issues were also identified and carried out by our highly trained team.
