Building the perfect “forever home”
Jaytex was contracted to build a home for a growing family in Glenelg North – a home that would be comfortable and functional and always welcoming.
The result is a home spanning over four levels that is a perfect combination of the family’s personality, the way they like to live with touches of opulence.
From the grand marble staircase that surrounds a two-storey temperature controlled wine room and lift to the uninterrupted view into the vivid blue tiled pool through an 80 millimetre thick piece of Perspex, this is a home that is both breathtaking and comfortable. There is also a fully equipped gym, a basement garage complete with turntable and sound proofed squash court and music room.
Every little detail has been thought of in this build, how to shield form the intensity of the wind, the best position for the pool, even the height of the fence.
Undoubtedly, this home has the WOW factor and the owners summed it up the best when they said: “ It’s great working with people who know you, your taste and how you want your space to work.”
