APA Office Tender Awarded to Jaytex


A statement of further confidence in the Territory economy and its resources and infrastructure sector with Jaytex Construction awarded the tender to commence construction on the new custom design APA office at their chosen property site of Winnellie.

APA is a leading Australian energy infrastructure business. APA delivers approximately half of the nation’s gas usage and they are also one of the largest owners and operators of renewable power generation assets in Australia, with wind and solar projects across the country. APA employs over 30 people in the Northern Territory with a larger number engaged through local subcontractors. The new state of the art, modern office and warehouse will be approximately 1500m2 and will serve to house APA’s operations in Darwin.

Jaytex has built key multimillion dollar infrastructure and specialise in medium to large scale commercial construction projects with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Jaytex employs over 40 Territorians with offices in Darwin, Katherine, and Alice Springs.
