A message to our clients, suppliers, consultants and subcontractors.
We know that you are dealing with a lot in these turbulent times. As concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to escalate, we are doing everything we can to maintain the high level of customer support you have come to expect from the Jaytex Team. We understand this is a dynamic and difficult situation and we want you to know that we’re in this together with you.
Jaytex Constructions are closely monitoring the ever-changing status of COVID-19.
We have two clear priorities;
The Health and Safety of our staff, subcontractors and clients and;
Delivering high quality services to assist our clients in these uncertain times.
Our policies and responses are being guided by the latest information provided by the relevant Government organisations.
We have procedures in place for staff in relation to circumstances that require self-isolation and have restricted business travel in order to help limit the spread of the virus.
Jaytex is taking action to ensure business continuity for us and for you and to minimise the risk of contributing to the spread of the coronavirus. We’re focused on safeguarding the health of our employees, their families, our valued customers and partners, and local communities. And we’re committed to keeping your businesses and ours running smoothly.
Jaytex are very well established to provide remote access for our staff so that they can work from home if necessary, to ensure that your service delivery is not compromised. All of our file sharing platforms are cloud based, and all staff are equipped with company issue laptops, phones and data. We will be working with our suppliers and subcontractors to monitor any supply chain risks and ensure contingency plans are in place.
We will be endeavouring to conduct as many meetings via telephone conference facilities, however we understand that there will be circumstances when face to face meetings are required or preferred in our office. In these circumstances your Jaytex Constructions contact will conduct a brief questionnaire as a part of arranging the meeting to ensure that your health and that of our staff are protected.
Whilst as a community we are all endeavouring to respond to these challenges, we are absolute in ensuring our commitment to assisting our clients. We will continue to communicate as circumstances change.
